... but, if I were you, I would turn the argument on its head and explain the influemnce of GW on rainfall patterns (as I suggested in Post 72). In that way it's an integral part of the Entry and not a 'bolt on'.

BigAl - I already stated that the Entry is getting too big, and with all this factual information is starting to lose some of the fun I intended it to be. I will see what I can do, but I don't want the piece to end up being too scientific.

Right, I've slotted the Global Warming link into the 'Where Does It Rain' section. Think it sites alright there, without appearing too much like an addendum.

'... I don't want the piece to end up being too scientific.'
Well, the point is that, with sections such as 'The Science of Precipitation' and 'Acid Rain', it is a complete nonsense to completely ignore arguably the most important influence on predicted changing rainfall patterns. (You could practically include the information I'm asking for without unduly affecting the length by rationalising that convoluted sentence I mentioned earlier

Alright, alright, you can put the soapbox away, I'll see what I can do.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
