A good script but i dotn think TPTB would be to happy using it off another site. My only concerns are; Does it work with:
Up and down
Width and height
Right as well as left
Can you use the BEHAVIOR attribute with it ?

Width, height and right-travelling marquees have already been dealt with. I will try to add the other behaviours soon.
BTW are you signing the petition?

Up and down have just been added. I tried to get the behavior attribute working, but it didn't. I'll try again later.

I'm going to have to rewrite the whole thing because the site I obtained the original script (which I modified A LOT) changed their Terms of Use to disallow redistribution.

As a tag which simply gets passed through. Which still means anyone who is not using IE will STILL not be able to view them.
