A number of problems

As my first post i expect this to have a number of problems - primarily the fact that i dont know how to write in GuideML.
So i don't know how to add internal hyperlinks nor add where i took some of my data from - if anyone can briefly explain how that would be appreciated.
I looked and dint see any previous serious facebook entry but i apologise and will make 100 apologies if not 
Also i am incapable of writting in jokes so if someone sees a place for a joke please speak uo.
Any other problems let em fly, ill only cower for a bit
