do you think its worth mentioning the new enemys that next gen introduced -

the borg, ferengi and the cardassians ?

I had intended doing that for all the series, but then I thought about how the Cadassians, Ferengi and Bajorans all appeared in TNG first, but they played a bigger part in DS9, so I'd have to repeat it all in the DS9 entry. The repetitivness of the entries is something that I worry about.

You could go into detail about the Borg in the DS9 entry, then go back and give them a mention in this one, with a link to the new entry...

why the borg in the DS9 entry ? the cardassians perhaps, but the borg were TNG and voyger mainly

The Borg in DS9? Surely it was Voyager, or did I miss a big chunk of DS9 (my favourite Trek, btw)? I know Jennifer Sisko was killed in a Borg attack, but did they appear elsewhere in the series?

Great, I was just about to start the DS9 entry, and now I have to go back and do alien descriptions.

I'd put the Cardassians and the Ferengi in the DS9 entry, but the Borg in this one.

Makes sense, what with Locutus and all.

I'd have thought Ferengi in TNG, there were a lot of Ferngi episodes and it was a ferengi ship that Picard encountered int he stargaser that made his name as a captain

Might it be worth, in each of these Star Trek entries, having a very small section of 'recommended episodes'? I know it's always a moot point amongst fans about which are the best episodes of ANY programme, but if I were coming to a programme like ST:TNG for the first time, it might be nice to have a list of five to ten episodes that, by general consensus, are the 'best of the best'...

I'm sure you've probably got your own favourites too, and hate at least half of the ones I've mentioned!

The torture scene in Chain of Command was one of the most gruelling pieces of television I have ever watched! It was worth watching once, but I don't ever want to see it again.
