What if humans were hermaphrodites?

If all humans had breasts, and both sets of genitalia then would we wouldn't get programmes like 'Queer Eye for the Straight Guy'
The world's over crowding would be solved as huge numbers of poeple would be too busy with themselves to go chasing others.
Several forms of discrimination would be wiped out.
There must be a huge number of other advantages too, and I'm struggling to think of any disadvantages.

Ursula Le Guin skillfuly describes such a species in "The Left Hand of Darkness". It's odd to read because they are all refered to as "he" but of course they are not. I think it's really hard for most of us to menatally relate to anyone without gender.
