Aye! ain't it the truth SS, in fact I have just completed a lean to on the side of our garden shed with one of the spare panels left over from the fence
Now I have a nice dry place to store all my timber, and a lot bigger than the old door that was there before

It sounds like what you need is a runoff ditch, well drained with gravel! And direct the water away from the shed as well as possible...

Hi Malabarista, There is no drainage problem, as any water that runs off it, goes into the gaps between the slabs
The shed has guttering and a down pipe fitted, which I put on while I was renovating it years ago when we moved in here.
I finished it all off today and sorted all the timber out into sizes, now there is a lot more room in there to store other stuff as well
Now looking for another project to start.

Ah!, I have just realised that your post was about the Snippet
The water from the tin shed drains away into the ground no problem. What had happened was that even though I had made the base to the exact sizes in the instructions, it was was still 4" too long? So I fitted roofing felt onto the extra bit.
Yet the water managed to seep through the very small gap, and because the ground had a very slight slope to the back, it ran right along the base
So I had to rip out all the damp wood, and ended up re-flooring the whole shed. Its sound now, and what's more, water proof

Aye! well, as I was hoping that it would see me out, as I don't fancy going through all that again
