Oh I remember it well, the wednesday that TW launched h2g2, and there I was that evening loging on for the first time, not expecting this amazing place to evolve..... *wonders off into druken memory (though completely sober)

I can still remember wanting to submit something, not being able to think of anything to write about and ending up waffling on about the first thing I saw on my desk, a large bulldog clip .
It made it into the original edited version too! I was well chuffed (hasn't made the cut yet for the new BBC version yet however..)

Gotta admit over the last year I haven't been around here that much, but I'm back now (and just in time for the party too! )

Oh, and I'd like to explain about self-refillable champagne glasses... haven't created any in this conversation though, personal service by a bartender is always nice...

Self-refillable champagne glasses only exist as long as there's someone who drinks them - they'll vanish from the conversation where they appeared within 48 hrs if nobody's drinking them...

A friendly home on the net! When I went over to another community site as a newbie about 4 months ago... I was flamed out of existence. And I hadn't even provoked them. Oh well!
