Some of you will , I hope, have seen my "Foodie Forum" thing.
I love (especially) well flavoured food: Meditreanean, Indian that kind of thing and traditional (and not so traditional)English food as well. But if I have to slum it on French Haute Cuisine, well so be it.
I love to cook. Pasta Dishes and casseroles are among my favourites but I'm quite versatile. I've recently got into bread making and have been bowled over by the results.
