One of my colleagues brought a pie today to work, and it was delicious. She gave me the recipe:
2 dl flour
2 dl sugar
2 eggs
Mix, put into one of those big, round, low pie forms.
Slice some butter on top.
Decorate with a heap of berries of your choice - my colleague used red and white currants, but I'm sure you can use blueberries, raspberries, cloudberries (
) or even apple slices.
Put into oven for 20 minutes, 200ºC
