...you go to an h2g2 meet, spend much time hovering over the computer in the hotel lobby, and when you get on yourself (as opposed to reading over others' shoulders) to see if any of your IM contacts (all h2g2ers) are on, you IM with people you just saw less than 10 miutes ago (and you check your backlog while the h2g2ers whose house your at are asleep...)
