The Quest For A Cure
Created | Updated Sep 10, 2005
At some point everyone finds something that interests or concerns them enough to eagerly pursue a change or knowledge of the topic. Everyone has their own personal quest.
Healing Properties
It has been brought to my attention that cookies may well be a cure all.
Cookies have been used as treatment for many maladies. However, they seem to be most effective for the following:
Minor insecurities brought about by the above can be immediately remedied by cookies baked for, or given to the sufferer by someone who cares about them.
The Quest
I have decided to begin a quest to develop a medicinal strength cookie. To be done properly, this will take time and lots of experimentation. Several test batches of each different recipe will have to be made, repeatedly to insure consistency. It may seem a daunting task. No worries, assistance has been offered in this quest.
Assistance
Volunteers have stepped forward and offered to help with even the most mundane tasks involved in this quest.
However, one particular position is not for the faint hearted. It involves being able to ingest large amounts of butter and sugar with copious amounts of chocolate and various other experimental ingredients. This could be a hazardous position, so the person who holds the title of "Special Experimental Cookie Taster in charge of Quality Control" receives a bright, shiney badge for their efforts, which are above and beyond the realm of ordinary volunteer work. This post is currently being held by
Cal Fortuneswell. For his diligent devotion to the cause, he has been awarded the following badge.
