Arthur C Clarke wrote in one of his stories about the possibility of there being a huge diamond in the center. But I would definitely check out the Edited Entry A402003 Jupiter for the good stuff...

It isn't known exactly what constitutes Jupiter's core but it probably has an inner core of iron, surrounded by rock.
The pressure in the core is estimated to be around 40 million times that of Earths atmospheric pressure and at a temperature around 17,000 deg C.
