Why dont we make more complaints about poor service?

I'm sorry you have found a bug so soon. Sometimes the software thinks you are not logged in. You still are and when you click on another link it will remember that. By the way, you might like to give yourself a name (numbers are hard to remember) by clicking here: <./>UserDetail</.> and typing a name in the nickname field. You should then go to your space (U214457) and click Edit Page, you can then type something about yourself. This allows an ACE (volunteer welcomer) to come and give you some tips about the site. I hope you have fun here!

And you'll get more responses to your question here - <./>Askh2g2</.> - it's a busier place where researchers ask, well, pretty much whatever they want, and others rush to answer.
My own personal answer is that I DO complain when I get poor service - and I comment positively when I receive good service.
