yeah i can see where i went wrong and your version of (2x2x2+6+0)3 works the best to me, as you can probably guess i was doing it in the order of my user no. Even though i was using BODMAS as my equation i failed to see the mistake that i had made

DoQuaDecaHedric would be a PolyHedron - 3D figure
DoQuaDecaGonic is a Polygon - so 2D Figure...

Both would have 42 sides... But its a bit tricky to sit around a table with a 3D surface...

I meant to put in my last posting that i was not thinking clearly, simple example being the difference between polygon and polyhedron i presume. It has been a fair few years since i had to give such thought to things like this
