This short article on Luxembourg is probably the most nasty description of a country I've ever read.
I have now lived in Luxembourg for a month and a half and I don't know a lot of the country yet, but what I have seen so far is mostly OK. Very well, some of the bureaucratic intricacies are somewhat hard to understand, especially when you don't speek a lot of French (yet) but the general atmosphere is nice. If tourists are screwed it is probably their own fault because they behave like thickheaded loudmouthed fools in the first place.
I don't know how long the author of the short article have actually spent in Luxembourg, but I have a feeling it is not vey long.
