h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I bought one of those digital radios too, a portable one, and was surprised to get a blue screen and still find it odd to have name of record playing and who by. The adverts for other programmes still seem surreal too!
It is very clear though, even if I broke the ariel in first week, lol.
I must admit I do miss some of the simpler things though and find some digital things too complicated and have too much on them.

Hi SS, Yea! they are really clear sounding, we only got one as we could get get a good FM signal where we live.
I remember the old wet battery radio my Dad rented for me when I was ill in bed, it was just great to have it beside my bed, I thought I was Archie! having it in my bedroom
