i have forgotton my p/w as a freind of mine said they would set some pictures up 4 me on my home page and they need it how do i find out wot it is ?? thanks

Don't.
It's that simple. Do not give out your password to anybody. Friends who say they need your password for any reason are not friends.
You are not allowed to include pictures on your Personal Space anyhow. So if someone tells you something like 'Give me your password and I'll put some pics on your Personal Space' it's very likely that you're about to get screwed.
If you need to find out your password, just send a mail to [email protected], including as many details as you remember (esp. your user number, your nickname, your sign up Email addy, etc.). They'll help you.

thank u but my freind is a good reind who s only trying 2 help me i just want 2 liven my page up b/cos my freind jarve has loads of pictures on his and so do other ppl i just dont no how 2 do it 
could u give me any tips plz ?
