Why is it that not all of the links in the entries show up in the list of links in the right-hand rectangle? (I have no idea if this is a new thing, or if it's always been that way -- I'm just now noticing it). For example, I knew there was a link to "Moderation on h2g2" on this page, but it wasn't in the little rectangle when I looked for it. It was, however, further down the page in the entry itself. Why do some of the links in the entry end up in the rectangle and some not?

LINKs to named entries (eg http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/Moderation-Guidelines ) don't show up in the Ref Entires box - it's an old feature/problem (it's even documented on the LINK tag Clinic page
) & apparently 'on the To Do List' for change at some time
