Just unsure, if used (relatively) benignly are these okay? If not there is somebody you might like to speak to, I just thought I'd get the rules straight in my head before I gave you names and U Numbers

Lots of people here have more than one sign-on name, for all sorts of reasons -- there have even been times when one of the italics have. As long as no house rules are being broken, its kosher.
I've definitely seen uses of multiple sign-ons that were juvenile or in poor taste, but that doesn't break the house rules in of itself.

Fair enough, I'll leave them be. It's nice to know I'm learning to get the facts before shouting my mouth off (a nasty habit in RL)
