Simply this: How are we supposed to know which researchers are suspended and when they were suspended? Or are they just not allowed on? (If this has already been covered somewhere, I'm sorry, I'm new. It's just hard to know what's been covered and what hasn't.)

There's anote on the USpace when they are banned for life (A549290) and IIRC there's also a note when they have a transgression procedure running against them; see <./>HouseRules-Transgressions</.>.
