h2g2 terms & conditions

Could we have a special comprehensive article for h2g2's T. & C. , rather than a general one that applies for the entire bbc.co, please?
It would surely increase the number of h2g2 members having *read* some terms & conditions at all.
Thanks in advance

If we did that, though, we'd have to maintain two copies of identical terms. As they are totally identical, having one copy, the main BBC ones, is much more sensible.

The terms and conditions say in part: "If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and/or specific terms appearing elsewhere on the site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail." Is that why they must be identical. So no h2g2 terms would prevail as being the "latter" set of terms?

Just as a point of order regarding the hidden postings, h2g2 was set up by Douglas Adams himself. He helped create h2g2 and make it what it is.
