Castrati didn't have the anatomy of a Ken doll 
Their testes were removed, but not their penises; and while some castrati had low sex drives, many were famous for their sexual exploits with the noblewomen who adored them. Because they couldn't sire children, the Church rather frowned on castrati having sex, but women loved them for the very same reason.
