I very much liked the entry. It is informative and educational and it gives a strong sense of the difficulties in the daily lives of many coeliac sufferers.

I have little to add, just to say that there are a few personal references in the footnotes that you might review. Technically speaking the guide shouldn't be personalised too much, although there are ways to get your own personal stamp into any entry.

Well done. I'm looking forward to seeing more entries from you!

I've removed the references to myself, and have also added a subsection with regard to eating out.

As long as it is manged properly > managed

In the first footnote: Oatsare... > oats are...

Also you need a full stop at the end of each footnote, as they're treated as sentences in their own right.

I can see a handful of places in the entry where the grammar could be improved and the text clarified, if Agent returns.
