Why green is the best colour to wear
1. If you find yourself sudenly in a hostile jungle environment you will be automaticaly camoflaged.
2. If you are lost in a tundra type environment rescue agencies will spot you easily.
3. If you wipe your arm on your sleeve it does not show.
4. Nobody else wears green so the clothes are cheap in the shops.
5. You will be able to assimilate yourself into an attacking alien horde.
6. As Terry Pratchett says in Dark Side Of The Sun "Green is a holy colour."
7. If all of your clothes are green then you don't have to worry about them coordinating.
8. They have recently bred a green cat. (not a good reason for wearing green but interesting anyway)
9. It is a homage to historical figures such as Robin Hood, The Green Man (nature personified) and The Green Knight from the Arthurian Chronicles.

I agree, except for one thing. A green cat being bred *is* a good reason to wear green, and any true cat lover will agree.

Did you know that my last name, Viridian, is a shade of forest green? And Sylvia means "of the forest" or something along those lines.
