I'm sure that she's just busy. Anyone can be a Minister of any color, even that one. She probably skimmed past your request on accident.

Hi Whoami.
I'm sorry i missed you. I'm finding it real hard to keep up with the minicol, theres about 14 more people to add since i last counted and that was before christmas. I have just updated the page, and we have a minister of goo blue, so alab**** is fine by me, tho I lean to the goo myself. 
Feel free to use the title for whatever means you wish, good, evil or elsewise.
