Hi, I just stumbed across this accidently and stopped to read it. I liked it very much, mostly because I think the moomintrolls were very influential in my childhood. I wonder what sort of *boring* person I might have grown up into had I not read, and re-read all of these books. Thank you for making me remember them. I'm going out to find some copies for my grandson, he shares my sense of the surreal.
