What are your opinions on Bush's plan of going to Mars through the Moon vs. John Glenn's suggestion that it is better to go strait to Mars?
It seems like Glenn's suggestion is closer to Mars Direct, but I'm pretty sure the Mars Society endorsed Bush's plan.
