I'm really sorry to see any of the participants have to go and I really hope that David and LLWaz feel like joining in regardless: you both deserve to continue as part of this challenge - your contributions have been awe-inspiring

I must take this opportunity to extend a huge thanks to everybody who voted for me s, s and all round!

It is an extraordinary feeling to know that people enjoy my writing. My motivation is purely self-satisfaction but somehow the added knowledge that it is appreciated helps me to focus and strive for more satisfactory results.

It's the same with my paintings: total self-indulgence has become something that others want to share

The two passions look as though they will be combined for the next challenge
