Being a Dane and admittedly liking a drink now and then, I found that Gammel Dansk, a very popular Danish drink needed to be in the guide. And also, eating Danish Rye Bread (another entry of mine) is a lot better when there is herring on top of it and - yes - Gammel Dansk served with it...

Yes, I do and yes we could smiley - smileysmiley - smileysmiley - smileysmiley - smiley

I am all for introducing the world to Gammel Dansk -- though it's probably not since the Vikings that we had the strength to impose it on them... smiley - winkeye

Tx for the nice words!

smiley - stiffdrink (though it's blue, not golden brown) - skål!

If you, by the way, have a list of the 29 herbs and spices involved, it would make the entry even better

This is a very well written entry, Santragenius, although normally I wouldn't condone the use of the first-person, I think it is acceptable here. However, I would reccommend "I" to be changed to "this researcher" for stylistic integrity. Otherwise, very good! smiley - smiley

Cool, thanks all smiley - smiley -- might some of this have happened even while the site was hibernating?

Now all I could want in life (well, almost all) would be a smiley... Like smiley - stiffdrink, but shot-sized and brownish. Oh, well -- the RL version is at hand at home smiley - smileysmiley - drunk

Cheers & regards,

SG V
