Mebbe the Eds will be able to transfer the links to the new joint Entry . I'll look at your original again and see if I can contrive to put them in.

Well, I've been 'signed off' for 14 days. The said I wouldn't be able to see anyting from the eye today (true, although in the latter part of the day I have been able to see light through it, and I've been able to see objects teally close to, so that I can apply my eyedrops accurately), but MY VISION WOULD GRADUALLY IMPROVE OVER SUBSEQUENT DAYS. i'M FRUSTRATED AT THE MOPMENT 'COZ i for shouting> can barely read anyrhing, so books and are out of the Q. Also, can't watch TV. Can however listen to Radio 4, which I do quite a lot of anyway. On the plus side, I can't write school reporets, mark homework etc etc, and I don't even need to feel quity about it

Well, you've only got 4 links in your Entry, Mina nd one of 'erm (RATP) doesn't work. The only other one I haven't got is 'tube', but I'm sure that, when my eye has recovered, I can think of a way of getting a reference to 'The London Underground' in.

Sorry, read instructions but didn't understand them and posted this in the wrong place. Anyway.
France is in some ways more civilised even than England. They have a better attitude to alcohol, for example, and a more refined idea of what to do with pastry.
It's also legal to ride a Segway in public in France, and there are tours you can go on where you and your guide are mounted on the things, which really takes the strain out of seeing stuff.
Probably could also mention the bicycle hire thing which seems incredibly popular, forgotten what it's called... Velib.

That would probably go better as an Update to 'Things to do in Paris', A190009, Smokehammer.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
