You are speaking of liars, who don't keep their, maybe unspoken, promise of sticking together. That's very bad as it lets you loose confidence in relationships.
I observed liars who do stick together, but don't keep promises as well. This can be very frustrating too, when your partner slows down on things you got used to, good things you go to be dependend on.
