I think the basics on saddle positioning, strap tightness and handling the animal should be reasonably simple. It's only going to be details for different types of saddle, bit, rein etc. It'll not be much if any longer than the grooming one. Should be fine.

As you say. We can just leave out the Western part for now; maybe someone will want to write an Entry who actually knows what they're talking about.
