That's an interesting account of a personal out-of-body experience, but it's not suitable to go into the Guide as it stands. We're looking for something more general, which describes such things and outlines possible theories as to why they happen. You could certainly include your personal account in such an entry as an example, but you'd have to have more than just the account.
Personally I don't believe your soul actually left your body. It was just your brain entering a different way of thinking, as it does when you go to sleep or daydream. It would be interesting to see if anybody ever saw something during an out-of-body experience that they didn't already know.

I do know someone who experienced a religous convertion after 'tripping the astral' but having tried this myself, I admit it defies rational explanation, though I probably wasn't rational when I achieved it.

There is an experiment, which I've read/heard about only during the past year, being conducted at a hospital - I think. The idea is that a picture or diagram is posted on a shelf above a susceptible person's bed, such that it can only be observed if viwed from above the shelf, i.e. if the patient has an 'out-of-body experience'. I seem to recall that the results were skewed in favour of an out of body experience having occurred
