Oh, that's all right. Elbert was three-eighths of an inch from violating continuity himself. Except of course that I've got an explaination for his ship, the Falcon. Eh.

Actually, Mr. Mike, I named this forum after that very minigame from Earthworm Jim. A classic sci-fi game if I've ever seen one.

Oh, and due to the excessive amount of postings between UH and Corrupt, I feel justified in doing this:

[Elbert shrugs, and decides that UH and Giguschild need rescuing. He detects that the only other life form there is Kudos, so he decides to ignore that moron for the time being. Elbert prepares to teleport UH and Gigus out of the ... whatever they were onboard. I dunno, I forget.]

I wish the tv cartoon they made had fit the game more. I imagine it could have been done much better.

Sorry I think the EWJ game was hilarious. One of my fav games.

I don't recommend that, Elbert. Let UH, Gigus, and Kudos break out on their own. It's perfectly possible for them to do it, after all. Besides, you wouldn't want me to turn my continuity gun on you now, would you?

[Elbert puts the shields on, gets beat up a bit because they don't work, and evades the rest of the shots]

[Elbert] Sure thing! Now just let me hang around. I want to watch this. [gets out of his chair] And find out what /else/ doesn't work.

[Elbert] [into comm] Well, KL, in addition to the long-range transmitter and the top hatchway (which you were kind enough to fuse shut with that blaster fire), the /teleporter/ isn't working.

Really? I'm sorry to hear that, Elbert. Now I've wasted the energy of reaching over to prevent you from teleporting them out for nothing.

I'll just leave it on, though. Some other moronic hero on a continuity breaking spree might just decide to try it as well.

[Elbert] Good idea. Now I'm gonna see what I did wrong making the teleporter and the transmitter.

Don't bother. It wouldn't do to have them in working condition.
