But is this not just a puff (albeit a little critical) for a company, and as such what is it doing here. I see that even the author was surprised. Do the editors want us to write about Marks and Spencers or Virgin or Microsoft or Amazon etc etc?

As Editors we don't mind what you write about, so long as it doesn't break the terms and conditions. After all, h2g2 is a guide to life, the universe and everything! I think we saw this entry as a review of a site, and as such, it has a place next to all the other reviews of products and services that have appeared on h2g2. Last week, for example, the following 'reviews' also appeared: amazing hair growing cat soap, Brixton Academy and Lego. Hope that helps
