Arnamurchan, Moidart, Ardgour, Morar - all unjustly neglected by tourists because they sit out on a limb, away from the major tourist routes. This area is also neglected by hillwalkers, because there are no Munros. And yet, with the hills, beaches, wildlife, island views, and incredibly romantic Castle Tioram (photo: http://www.loveofscotland.com/road.html) it is probably the most beautiful area on mainland Britain. Trivia fact: Ardnamurchan point is the furthest west point on the mainland.
