It was free, but I cannot remember where I found it. I'll have to go see if I can find it again, but you might have some luck looking for yourself at some of the sites in the NWT Web Guide, which can be found by following the link to the Netland White Tower on my Space.

Well it was a URL... put a link on your User Space if you wish, although I did link Tor from the Wheel of Time Entry, that I should probably consider improving at some point.
