Any member here on h2g2 can create a club, guild, or group -- all you do is create a guide entry for your club, and try to get other people to join.

For example, I created a group for other people here on hootoo who live in my part of the world -- A537428 -- and we have a decent number of members.

Other people have created groups about a certain passion -- I believe we have a Musicians Guild, and a Magicians Guild, etc.

This link here should show you some of the guilds we have around here at the moment -- some are very active, and some are utterly empty.
