I think they are okay. "Hotel California" has a catching tune and interesting lyrics. But apart from some tapes I only have their "Best of..."-cd. I guess you could say that I have a broad taste, but if I was forced to narrow it down (as in "What records would you prefer to have with you if you were stranded on a deserted island?") I would probably mentions ome by Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Van Morrisson and Roger Waters.
