h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've never written a restaurant review before, but as I recall, the original Guide was meant to help find some interesting and out-of-the-way places, so I'd appreciate comments on this.

This is a good start, but I'd like to see a bit more information about the place. What's the interior like? What type of beers do they make and serve? How pricey is it?

Hopefully, you'll be able to come back and give this a read. btw: A quick proof-reading might not be a bad idea either.

I also recommend more information on the beers, as this is a micro-brewery. If you haven't personally tasted many of them, I'm sure you could find a fellow student who has, and whose opinions you could add to your own.

While reviews in general often have a first-person narrative, H2G2 has a negative attitude towards the word "I".

Therefore, instead of "Sometimes so big we've jokingly called them Mozzarella Logs" you could say "Sometimes so big, customers have jokingly called them Mozzarella Logs." And similarly eliminate the other occurrences.

As mentioned, the decor of the place is as important as the food. Does everyone sit on barstools, or are there booths/tables? Wood floor, tile, or something else? Are the restrooms up or down a flight of stairs? (something to consider if you're going to have a lot to drink) Is smoking allowed? Is it usually crowded -- to the point that people who arrive late have to stand? If so, how early do you need to arrive to get a seat? Do they sometimes have live music, or other forms of entertainment?

It is a good start, and the food sounds good. Maybe it's because I'm reading this around dinner time and you're making me hungry!

Here's another thread that should perhaps be considered for moving to the Writer's Workshop?

As described above, the entry could use some work, but the author apparently hasn't used h2g2 since she posted the entry to Peer Review back in October.
