Mneumonic should be "Mnemonic".

The most useful device for an absent minded guitarist is not a string of words, but a small circular card called the "Circle of Fifths". It is worth every guitarist's while making one. Get a piece of card and cut out a disc about 6 inches (15 cm) across. Divide it into twelve, like a clock face. Write the chord names around the outside in the following order:

C G D A E B F# C# Ab Eb Bb F and back to C.

Inside this, write the minor chord names, so that A minor corresponds to C:

Am Em Bm F#m C#m Abm Ebm Bbm Fm Cm Gm Dm and back to Am.

That's it!

Now what do you do with it? You will quickly find that all your favourite chords are clustered around one point on this disc. If you're playing in the key of C, you'll use C along with F on its left and G on its right. If you're more advanced, you might throw in Am which is with C, Em which is with G and Dm which is with F. Super-guitarists will stretch as far as Bb, two spaces to the left and D two spaces to the right. It's good to get a feel for where all your favourite chords are. To play in a different key, just put a different chord at the top. The pattern of left and right will be the same.

This is not explained very well. Just do it!
