Updated version of my previously Edited Entry on ricecakes... changed over to GuideML (in a basic fashion) and added some pictures in to break up the flow...

Not all rice-cakes are that thin! The ones I normally buy are quite chunky - between 1/4 and 1/2 an inch in thickness. You also have a choice of organic or not.
You can also buy them flavoured with stuff like yeast (I think it makes them taste disgusting, but my youngster likes them) and topped with plain chocolate (I like these, but my youngster doesn't).
Perhaps you might like to add these bits in.

Heya,
Size (and shape) differences have been added to the first section ("What are they") as per suggestion...
The different flavoured ricecakes are already covered under "Sounds a bit plain...", y'think I should make it a bit more prominent?
Regards
Andy/Zap

Changes noted.
Yes, it might be useful to say the sorts of things that are done to make them more attractive. You might also include ground pepper (also gets in your teeth, but it worth taking the chance).
BTW, I spotted a typo: definately should be definitely.

Hi, Zap-Robo!
I think it's worth specifically mentioning coeliac disease, where gluten can make sufferers seriously ill. You could also say that anyone planning any kind of cheese-and-wine or party food involving crackers should always have a supply of ricecakes as well, for coeliacs and others.
I have a weakness for rice cakes heavily slathered with paté, myself...

I've got some bad news and some good news for you, Zap-Robo!
The bad news is: I'm afraid you won't be successful in getting this entry into the Edited Guide ........... again. See A516764
The good news: There's the h2g2 Update HQ at A496451 which is the place to move this entry to have it amended according to the latest findings

Ooops. me. I should have read the backlog more carefully. Obviously, an update was your intention in the first place.

So, seems like you can move over to the Update HQ (see link above)
Alas, the images won't make it into the updated version...
