Yeh, but as it won't be booked out during the day it'l be us in bar with whoevers there, and the likelyhood is I think that bell book and candle will want us out when it closes Saturday afternoon sometime, and not be back in again till the start of the evenign event we are going to book it out for 
if you see what I mean

In which case why not find a pub which will take us all day?
I simply cannot get my head around this desire to wander around half way through the meet.

Because traditionally we have gone for two pubs one for during day one for evening. Mainly because the bell book and candle seems to be the pub we have found. but I am only* pressuming they might want to kick us out; I can check this when I call them Monday....
I am going to have to personally pay a deposit for booking the pub for the evening, I'll find out how much they want Monday, if not too* much I'll book it striaght off and pay the money myself, but I'll have to see wht to do if its a lot they want....
