The only comment I would make is that most of the hyphens - like these, not those in hyphenated words - would be better as commas.

Seems thorough and balanced enough; I like it.

My only suggestion is that you were probably looking for the word 'cum', not come, in:
'...formed a kind of on-stage biography come Question and Answer session.'
You commonly here it in 'magna cum laude', cum laude meaning *with* honors.

'...formed a kind of on-stage biography cum Question and Answer session.', meaning with Q&A session.
