I have started with the intro...
Perhaps you would like to tackle the other end... the influence, or lack of it (LOL!) on modern music... rock, pop etc? I am classically trained, so any help on that side of things would be great... and cut down on the research a little!

Page looks good...I'm thinking of starting with the blues scale and scales for jazz improvisation. I don't listen to a lot of MTV music (I'm American ) but I'm sure there's not much difficulty in figuring out the scale!

A462359 is good but not specific about the use of the blues scale itself. I'll stick with that one for now because it's influence is most felt in modern music, especially guitar work.
