Does "technical support" go along the lines of support technician/systems engineer?
I have quite a bit of experiance in this field for a large company of ~400 people. But mainly I used to fix file servers (computers) that went into 747's/777's/A340's and some other airlines... I also worked for the ISS(IT) department for a while doing system maintainance and user support.
But anyway I resigned about a week ago, (I wasn't happy there) and need something else to do...
So I was wondering if Jim needed any help?...
