It always seems to be red Ford Fiestas doing the permanent-40-thing. It's common in Wales.

I think that this was a silvery blue colour,but it was a Ford. A sierra I think.

I think the highway code says that if there's a queue of three or more vehicles behind you, you're meant to pull over somewhere convenient and let them pass. It is rarely followed though
