That means it's too tight. Wrap it looser. Keep your arms straight when you're typing, make sure your hands aren't pointing in.
I have a great little device I'm wearing right now. It's a Futuro Energizing Support Glove. It's the best thing I've found so far for my wrist. It was only about $6. You might want to give it a try.
