How do you join?

Hi there!
I'd like to know how I should apply to join this symphony orchestra - I'm yet *another* viola player, but I can also play violin and piano if you need more players for those instruments (heaven forbid!). Do I just have to leave a message here?

Sorry, forgot to say how well I can play the instruments! (D'oh!)
I have got to ABRSM Grade 8 for piano, Grade 7 for violin, and while I have not taken exams for viola, I think I am somewhere between Grade 7 and Grade 8 standard. Will this be good enough?
