Hi Raven
First you need to convert your User Page to GuideML (the language of the Guide). To do this click 'Edit Page' and then click the GuideML box, followed by 'Update Page'. When you do this, you should be able to add the PICTURE tag (just copy and paste it from your original message).
You may also need to make some other changes - your smileys, for example. The way to put a smiley into a GuideML page is to use the:
<SMILEY TYPE="name_of_smiley_here"/> tag.
